More often than not internal brainstorms produce yet another soul searching dissection of the strategic problem rather than a cornucopia of fresh ideas. The same team with the same experiences, ideas and prejudices may simply be stale and stuck in a rut. The success of brainstorms is in direct relation to the degree of preparation but all too often the event is left more to chance than planning. Quickly assembled, time pressured employees are unlikely to be at their most creative and relaxed. Lack of sufficient time can leave each stone upturned but unexplored and lack of varied stimulus can quickly exhaust participants’ patience. We aim to bring together client teams, R&D specialists, consumers, and creative teams for a genuine exchange of ideas and team solutions and to introduce a wide variety of imaginative stimuli and challenging exercises.
